Job summary

Suppleo Education, in partnership with a fantastic Primary School in Bristol, seeks a Learning Support Assistant to support students up to Key Stage 4. The role involves aiding the teacher, supporting diverse learners, and contributing to a positive classroom environment.

The successful candidate will have QTS, safeguarding training, a DBS check and the right to work in the UK, with potential for permanent opportunities following the initial period.

Qualifications

• Experience working in school environments with young learners.
• Safeguarding knowledge and compliance with safeguarding protocols.
• Must have rights to work in the UK and be able to provide references.

Responsibilities

• Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and pupil support.
• Support students across key stages up to KS4 in the classroom.
• Help manage behaviour and assist with resource preparation.
