Job summary

Holy Family Catholic Primary School invites a dedicated practitioner to support young children at the start of their educational journey. You will bring a strong understanding of child development and early years practice to provide high-quality learning experiences and targeted interventions.

The role requires a Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or related field, with proven Early Years experience and solid EYFS knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning, Early Years Education, Childcare or related field.
• Experience in an Early Years or Foundation Stage setting.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS framework and early childhood development.
• Experience supporting children's communication, language, social and emotional development.
• Ability to work with teachers to deliver learning and intervention programmes.
• Excellent behaviour management and high expectations for children.
• Committed to safeguarding and promoting welfare of children.
• Supports and upholds Catholic ethos and values of the school.
