This permanent position operates during term time only, with core hours from 9:30am to 2:45pm, allowing you to make a real impact in the lives of learners. Ideal candidates will have a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification and share a commitment to uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and educational practice.

Qualifications

• Experience in alternative provision or specialist SEND settings is desirable.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed practice is advantageous.

• Provide individual and small-group support to learners with SEND.

• Assist in maintaining safe and purposeful learning environments.
