Job summary

Oaklands Infant School, part of Bridge Academy Trust in Chelmsford, is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to support early learning and development. The role is 30 hours per week, term-time plus inset days, Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 3:00pm, with a fixed term until 31 August 2027.

You will help pupils make progress based on their starting points, support inclusive practices, and participate in ongoing CPD. The Trust emphasizes safeguarding and collaboration across its network of schools.
