The Chelmsford Learning Partnership is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join our Learning Support Faculty. This permanent role supports identified students with SEND to access the curriculum, aligning with school policies and safeguarding expectations.
Working 26.40 hours per week across 39 weeks (term time plus inset days) with Scale 3 Point 5-6 (£25,583 - £26,403 FTE). The post offers CPD training and progression opportunities.

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, caring and energetic person to join our Learning Support Faculty. The team are dedicated, positive and friendly. You should be approachable, patient and understanding to support identified students with special educational needs and/or disabilities to enable them to access the curriculum. You will Many of our Learning support assistants have had the opportunity to progress into Teaching with our Teacher Training schemes.
