Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Supporting students in the classroom across a range of subjects.
Providing one-to-one and small-group support where required.
Helping students remain focused and engaged with their learning.
Supporting students with additional learning needs.
Working closely with teachers and the wider support team.
Encouraging positive behaviour and developing students' confidence and independence.
Helping to create a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment.
