Job summary

Vision for Education are seeking passionate Learning Support Assistants to work in our client secondary schools in Lincoln. You will assist teachers during lessons, help maintain a safe classroom, and support students academically and behaviourally.

Flexibility with day-to-day supply or longer-term roles is offered, with excellent daily rates and a dedicated consultant to support your professional development.

Qualifications

• Hold or be willing to undertake an Enhanced DBS check on the update service
• A passion for working with young people
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working in a school setting (advantageous but not a necessity)

Responsibilities

• Supporting teachers wherever necessary when conducting lessons, including helping to set up at the start of the day.
• Helping to ensure that the classroom is safe at all times and facilitates student development.
• Providing academic and behavioural support to students to aid their progress.
• Providing valuable feedback to teachers about student progress.
