Job summary

InspireU in Lincolnshire is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to help learners aged 16–24 with Maths, English and Preparing for Adulthood. You will support theory and practice, working 1:1 or in small groups, and help manage behaviour while keeping learners engaged in daily lessons.

We provide funded training including Therapeutic Crisis Intervention and Information Advice & Guidance Level 2. Visa sponsorship is not offered for this post under UK immigration rules.

Qualifications

• Ability to assist learners 16–24 with Maths, English and Preparing for Adulthood.
• Pro-active, flexible and well organised with accurate records.
• Effective communication with young people and adults.

Responsibilities

• Support learners 1:1 or in small groups during lessons.
• Help manage behaviour and keep learners engaged.
• Maintain records and participate in end-of-day debriefs with the team.
