Philosophy Education, Ltd. is seeking a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) for the Enfield centre to support post-16 students across foundation, vocational and academic courses.
The role involves in-class and 1:1 support to help students engage with learning and develop independence. You will work with students aged 16–24 with moderate SEND needs, including Autism and ADHD, using positive strategies to manage behaviours and encourage confidence.

A well-established further education college in Enfield is looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team and support post-16 students across a range of foundation, vocational and academic courses.
You will be supporting students aged 16–24 with moderate SEND needs, including Autism (ASD) and ADHD, with some students displaying behaviours that can be challenging. The role involves providing in-class and, where required, 1:1 support to help students engage with their learning, develop independence and achieve their educational goals.

The college is open to applications from both experienced Learning Support Assistants, Teaching Assistants and Support Workers, as well as candidates with a strong interest in developing a career supporting young people.
You will ideally have experience working with young people and/or SEND, particularly Autism, ADHD or challenging behaviour. Most importantly, you will be patient, caring, reliable and confident in supporting students to overcome barriers to learning.
