South Ayrshire Council invites applications for a frontline support role to relieve teachers of non-teaching duties, assist with classroom administration and the preparation of teaching materials, and support pupils during learning activities in Girvan, Scotland.

You will work under the direction of the classroom teacher and colleagues to support pupils with additional support needs, including those with physical difficulties and challenging behaviour.

Qualifications

• PVG Scheme membership or update before offer
• Registration with the SSSC within 6 months of employment
• Temporary post until 30/06/2027; Grade Level 4; Frontline worker
