Job summary

Academics is seeking Learning Support Assistants to work across Barry primary schools and the Vale of Glamorgan. Flexible ad-hoc supply and longer-term placements are available to fit your availability and commitments.

Role includes supporting pupils, assisting teachers, and helping create a positive learning environment. DBS and registration with the Education Workforce Council are required; pay is £93 per day with weekly pay and ongoing consultant support.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in any setting.
• Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant is desirable.
• A patient, adaptable and supportive approach.
• Confidence working alongside teachers and other school staff.
• A genuine interest in supporting children's learning and development.

Academics is currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work across primary schools in Barry and the wider Vale of Glamorgan. We have a range of opportunities available for individuals with experience working with children, whether you have previously worked as an LSA or gained valuable experience in another setting.

With flexible ad-hoc supply and longer-term placements available, this is a great opportunity to find work that suits your availability and commitments.

The Role

Flexible Working Opportunities

Pay & Requirements
