Job summary

You will collaborate with teachers and SEN staff to foster consistent progress and student independence. Ideal candidates have a degree in Psychology or Education, strong A-Levels, and prior tutoring or school experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Psychology, Education, or related discipline.
• Strong A-Level results (desirable).
• Previous tutoring or school-based experience desirable.
• Strong academic background across KS3/KS4 subjects.
• Calm, resilient and adaptable.
• Ability to build relationships with neurodivergent learners.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted academic support across KS3 and KS4.
• Work with two Year 9 and Year 10 students in small groups.
• Support pupils in ARP setting, including those with ASC and additional needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, SEN staff, and pastoral teams.
• Help students develop independence, confidence and engagement.
