The Society of Heads is seeking a dedicated SEND support assistant to help pupils with special educational needs in Years 7 and 8, both in lessons and in small groups. You will work closely with the SENDCo and teaching staff to enable access to learning and build confidence.
You will contribute to a culture of resilient, independent learners, coordinating with staff across the school to plan targeted group interventions and individual support as needed.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Pupil Progress (SENDCo), teaching staff, senior leadership team, and external professionals such as Speech and Language Therapists and Educational Psychologists.
