Job summary

Protocol Education is recruiting a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) for a welcoming primary school in Watford. You will support pupils across EYFS to KS2 and help teachers create engaging lessons.

The ideal candidate is patient, proactive and communicates well. Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential; ongoing CPD and a dedicated consultant support come with the role.

The Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support pupils across the primary age range. You will play a key role in creating a positive and engaging learning environment, helping children to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Work with small groups and individual pupils to reinforce learning.
