Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) for a welcoming primary school in Watford. You will work with class teachers to support pupils across EYFS to KS2, helping children reach their potential and build confidence.

Ideal candidates have experience with children in school or childcare, a patient and proactive approach, and strong communication and teamwork skills. Qualifications are desirable but not essential; CPD opportunities are provided.

The Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support pupils across the primary age range. You will play a key role in creating a positive and engaging learning environment, helping children to reach their full potential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
