Job summary

Protocol Education Limited is seeking passionate Learning Support Assistants to support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 in Orpington’s primary schools. You will work 1:1 and in small groups to assist teachers, helping children reach their full potential.

Ideal candidates are proactive, patient, and strong communicators who work well in teams. Experience with SEND is desirable. Competitive daily rates and flexible schedules are offered through our education consultant support.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children in education, childcare or support settings.

We are working with a range of welcoming and inclusive primary schools across Orpington who are seeking enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

The Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and learning activities
• Support children with varying learning needs, including SEND
• Promote positive behaviour and engagement in learning
• Help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
