Job summary

Teach South is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant for a specialist SEN school in Southampton. The role is full-time and involves providing tailored support to pupils with additional needs to help them access learning and progress in class.

You will work closely with teachers to deliver one-to-one and small-group support, adapting activities to meet individual needs and fostering pupils' confidence, independence and social skills in a positive, inclusive environment.

The Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other members of the school team to provide tailored support to pupils, helping them access learning and make progress in the classroom.
