Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd in Southwark is seeking energetic Learning Support Assistants to provide daily supply cover in local mainstream primary schools. You will support pupils across EYFS to KS2, help deliver engaging activities, and contribute to a safe, inclusive learning environment.

Ideal candidates have experience with children, strong communication, and a patient, adaptable approach. Flexible scheduling across term time is available, with ongoing support from a dedicated education

Are you an experienced Learning Support Assistant looking for flexible work in local primary schools? Or do you have experience supporting children and want to gain valuable classroom experience?

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to provide daily supply cover across a range of welcoming and inclusive mainstream primary schools throughout Southwark.

The Role

As a Daily Supply Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging classroom activities.
• Provide one-to-one and small group support where required.
• Help pupils stay focused, motivated, and engaged in their learning.
• Support children with varying learning needs and abilities.
• Promote positive behaviour and encourage independence.
• Contribute to a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
