Tradewind are currently working with a lovely Primary School central Peterborough who are looking for an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join their team in September. **Key Responsibilities**

• Follow individual EHCP's/IEP's
• Provide tailored individual support based on the students needs
• Be creative in your approach to differentiated learning
• Lead small group interventions, as well as one to one

**Qualifications and Skills**

• Previous experience with ASD children
• Passionate about education and working with children
• Have a patient approach when faced with challenging situations
• Be flexible and work well within a team
