Katherine Warington School is seeking a committed Learning Support Assistant for term time only plus 5 days, including INSET days. The role supports students, teachers and the school to raise achievement and promote inclusion, with a focus on SEND, EAL and those needing extra help.
The successful candidate will have excellent numeracy and literacy, strong organisational skills and a patient, flexible approach. DBS clearance is required in the selection process.

We are seeking to appoint a committed and experienced Learning Support Assistant who will provide support for our students, teachers and the school in order to raise standards of achievement for all students (e.g. SEND, EAL, all underachieving groups and those Visually Impaired) by utilising specific knowledge and skills and to encourage students to become independent learners, to provide support for their welfare, and to support the inclusion of students in all aspects of school life.
