Burton and South Derbyshire College is seeking a Learning Support Assistant (SEND) to support High Needs Learners. The role requires the ability to build positive relationships and communicate effectively with learners and staff.
The position offers various hours between 14 to 32.5 hours per week and comes with a commitment to diversity and inclusion. Applicants should be qualified to Level 2 in English and Maths or willing to achieve this.

Experience supporting individuals with SEND is a bonus but not a requirement. We're committed to providing training and support to help you succeed in the role.
Please be aware the roles are fixed term until 31 August 2027 at which point they will be reviewed for the new academic year beginning 1 September 2027.
Applicants should be qualified to, or willing to work towards, Level 2 English and Maths. Evidence of qualifications is required.
