Homefield College is seeking an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our friendly team at the Nuneaton site. You will work with young adults with a range of learning difficulties, supporting teaching, learning and assessment to help students achieve their potential.

The ideal candidate will have experience with this group and hold at least Level 2 English and Maths. You should be confident, well-organised and able to thrive in a busy environment.

Job description

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and reliable Learning Support Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team. Based primarily at our Nuneaton site, you will be working with young adults who have a wide range of learning difficulties, providing support for teaching, learning and assessment. You will play a vital role in enabling our students to achieve to their maximum potential, preparing them for adulthood and independent living.

The ideal applicant will have experience of working with young adults with learning difficulties and behaviours of concern ideally with a minimum of level 2 qualifications in English and Maths. You should be confident, organised, and able to work in a busy environment.
