We are recruiting on behalf of a small, welcoming SEN school in Margate for a Learning Support Assistant to join their team on a long-term supply basis, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right person.
This is a specialist SEN school supporting pupils across both Primary and Secondary age ranges, with a range of Social, Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH) and Learning Difficulties.

The role may involve supporting students who can display challenging behaviour, so confidence, patience and a calm approach are essential.
Previous experience with interventions or mentoring young people would also be beneficial.
