Laurus Trust is seeking dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join our team across our educational sites, including pupils with SEND. You will support identified learners in the classroom and small groups, helping them access learning and build confidence.
As part of a committed team, you will work with teachers to promote progress, independence and social inclusion, with a 35-hour per week term-time only schedule. Flexible arrangements and a focus on wellbeing are valued.
We are looking for a number of dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our team and help ensure all students, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), can thrive and succeed. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people and making a positive difference each day. We have permanent and Fixed-term roles available (Until 31/08/2027).

This position is contracted on a 35 hours per week Term Time Only basis. This means you will mainly work when the school is open to pupils and will not need to work during the school holidays unless the contract requires you to do so.
