Ethos Education Ltd is seeking a Learning Support Assistant at a primary school in Sudbury Hill, Harrow. The role is full-time and starts ASAP, focusing on pupils who need help accessing the curriculum, including those with SEND.

You will support individuals and small groups, adapt activities, and work closely with teachers and the SEN team to help pupils feel supported and achieve their potential.

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant or supporting pupils with SEN within a primary school would be highly beneficial.

A welcoming primary school in Sudbury Hill, Harrow is looking for a full-time Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team ASAP.

The school has a strong community ethos, with a focus on inclusion, positive relationships and helping every child reach their potential.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will provide additional support for pupils who need help accessing the curriculum, including children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). You'll work with pupils individually and in small groups, adapting learning activities, supporting communication and helping children develop confidence and independence.

You’ll work closely with class teachers and the school's SEN team to deliver targeted interventions and ensure pupils feel supported and included throughout the school day.

The school is looking for a patient, caring and proactive LSA who can build positive relationships with children and respond to their individual learning needs. Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant or supporting pupils with SEN within a primary school would be highly beneficial.
