Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant or supporting pupils with SEN within a primary school would be highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide additional support for pupils who need help accessing the curriculum, including children with SEND.
• Work with pupils individually and in small groups, adapting learning activities, supporting communication and helping children develop confidence and independence.
• Work closely with class teachers and the school's SEN team to deliver targeted interventions and ensure pupils feel supported and included throughout the school day.
