Are you ready to make a real difference in a rewarding and supportive environment?We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our outstanding alternative provision in Haywards Heath. We provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for children with mental health needs, who are either admitted to the hospital or attend as day patients. Here's why this is a great opportunity:

About the Role:As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

Key Requirements:

• Maths and English GCSE or equivalent Grade C or above.
• A good standard of education across a range of subjects.
• Excellent numeracy/literacy skills - equivalent to NVQ Level 2 in English & Maths.
• Working knowledge of the national curriculum and other relevant learning programmes.
• Full working knowledge of relevant policies/codes of practice/legislation.
