Job summary

Latton Green Primary Academy is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join our successful team. You will support pupils with learning needs under the guidance of the class teacher and contribute to a calm, inclusive classroom.

Term-time role: 32.5 hours per week, with inset days. The position offers a supportive network, CPD opportunities and access to LGPS or TPS pension schemes.

Learning Support Assistant

Salary: Scale 3, pt 4-5FTE £25,914 - £26,312,

Actual Salary: £18,203.55 - £18483.13 including fringe allowance

Working hours: 32.5 per week Term time plus insets 8.45am 3.45pm

Latton Green Primary Academy are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join our successful team. The ideal candidate would be an effective role model that sets high expectations and motivates the pupils to achieve. Applicants must be enthusiastic and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Learning Support Assistants (LSA) would work alongside, and individually from class teachers.
