Job summary

Willow Brook Primary School and Nursery in Colchester is seeking a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a supportive team. The role supports delivery of engaging teaching in class, one-to-one and small groups, working with teachers to develop resources and schemes of work to meet individual learning needs.

The position is part-time (32.5 hours weekly), Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch, immediate start date, and TKAT values a passion for education and

We are looking for a dynamic and motivatedLearning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our supportive and collaborative team. You will assist in the delivery of engaging and innovative teaching within the classroom, on a one-to-one basis and in small groups. Working with the teacher you will assist with the development of appropriate resources, schemes of work and teaching strategies to ensure provisions support individual learning needs.
