Layton Primary School in Lancashire is seeking an enthusiastic Level 2 Learning Support Assistant for a temporary position until 31 August 2027. The role is 27.5 hours per week, term-time only with 1 additional week. Salary is pro rata at Grade C SCP5-6 (£26,427–£26,847 per annum).
The successful candidate will support in KS1 and work with pupils aged 4–11, bringing Literacy and Numeracy skills to in-class and targeted support sessions.

You will be required to support generally in class as well as working with selected individuals and groups of pupils, the position is based in KS1.
The successful candidates will need to have proven skills in Literacy and Numeracy and a background working with children aged 4-11.
