Strand on the Green Infant and Junior schools in Chiswick seek a Learning Support Assistant to join the Swan Centre team. The role focuses on supporting children with communication needs and autism within a mainstream classroom, contributing to a positive, inclusive environment.

The post offers term-time work (39 weeks), with permanent status and a full-time or part-time structure to suit 32.5 hours per week. Successful applicants will be part of a supportive staff community near the river.

Salary: Approx £21,186 per annum

Strand on the Green Infant and Junior schools are both successful, vibrant three form entry schools which share a Specialist Base for pupils with communication and interaction needs, specifically autism.

Situated close to the river in an attractive part of Chiswick, we are looking for an experienced Learning Support Assistant with exemplary practice and high expectations, to join our friendly, committed team working in our centre.
