Strand on the Green Junior School in Chiswick is seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to support children with autism and communication needs in a main school environment. You will join a dedicated team at the Swan Centre and contribute to inclusive practice.

Role is full-time (39 weeks term time only) with a start date immediate. Salary scales reflect Scale 5 points 11–15 (£25,841–£27,385). Closing date 18/10/2026, Strand on the Green.

Location: Strand On The Green Junior School, Thames Road, Chiswick, W4 3NX

Salary: Approx £21,186 per annum

• Scale 5: Point 11 £25,841 – Point 15 £27,385 (actual)
• Start date: Immediate
• Contract: Full time (39 weeks term time only)
• Permanent
• Part-time 32.5 hours per week

Strand on the Green Infant and Junior schools are both successful, vibrant three form entry schools which share a Specialist Base for pupils with communication and interaction needs, specifically autism.

Situated close to the river in an attractive part of Chiswick, we are looking for an experienced Learning Support Assistant with exemplary practice and high expectations, to join our friendly, committed team working in our centre.
