Job summary

SGS Berkeley Green UTC is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to help students overcome barriers to learning and fulfil their potential. The role involves working closely with teachers to deliver one-to-one and small-group interventions, championing inclusion and supporting literacy and broader curriculum access.

This permanent, full-time position (37 hours) offers a salary of £25,583 FTE (£22,201 term-time only) and a commitment to professional development, safeguarding, and building
