St Thomas of Canterbury Catholic Primary School in Guildford is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support pupils with SEN in KS2, with flexibility to work across primary phases.

The successful candidate will bring hands-on SEN experience, enthusiasm, creativity and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and encourage children. Applicants with LSA/Teaching Assistant experience are welcome.

Formación

• Experience working with children with SEN.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work across primary phases.
• LSA/Teaching Assistant experience desirable but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Hands-on experience supporting children with SEN in classroom setting.
• Provide class-based learning support and lead small group interventions.
• Be enthusiastic, creative and positive to motivate pupils.
• Demonstrate initiative and encourage children to achieve their best.
