Randstad Education is recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant at a specialist school in Croydon. The setting supports 110 pupils with severe and complex SEN needs and offers a nurturing environment across primary and secondary provisions.

The role involves 1:1, small group and whole-class support, helping with wellbeing, confidence, life skills and socialisation, on a full-time permanent basis during term time (Mon-Fri, 8:30–4:30).

• English and Maths GCSE or equivalent

This school is currently recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant to join the team. In this role you’re offered the opportunity to train and progress in a supportive working environment. Your role will entail supporting children on a 1:1, small group and whole class basis. You’re supporting the 'whole child' so in addition to supporting their education you’re also integral in ensuring their well Being, building their confidence, developing life skills and encouraging socialisation.

This role is required on a full time permanent basis and is a term time only role. Applicants will be expected to work Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30pm.
