LT Support is seeking a dedicated Student Learning Coach for a Mid Essex college in Chelmsford. You will support learners with SEND in a vocational setting for 16+ and promote inclusive practice across staff and students. The role is 37 hours per week across 38 weeks per year, on site, Monday to Friday 8:30am–4:30pm, paying 110–125 per day.
Immediate start available for suitable candidates. Requirements include Enhanced DBS for working with children, experience with SEN, right to work in the UK,

Successful candidates will support learners with a range of SEND needs. You will be passionate about empowering young people towards independence and you will be confident to work with staff at all levels to advise and guide on inclusive practice.
The role is 37 hours per week and for 38 weeks a year.
