Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic individual to join a specialist provision in Ellesmere Port. This school provides tailored support for children and young people with Communication and Interaction needs, often linked to conditions such as ASC, ADHD, and Adverse Childhood Experiences.

The school is committed to supporting students who may have experienced poor mental health or anxiety. Staff work collaboratively to prioritize the well-being and development of each pupil, fostering a safe and nurturing environment. This rewarding placement offers the opportunity to build positive, impactful relationships, helping students feel supported and achieve their potential.

Role Details:

• Location: Specialist provision in Ellesmere Port
• Hours/Days: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM (term-time only)
• Pay Rate: £85-£100 per day (competitive)
• Start Date: Immediate

• Has experience working in school settings, particularly with students with social, emotional, and mental health challenges.
• Is empathetic, resilient, and passionate about helping students succeed.
• Can guide students to overcome barriers to learning and foster a sense of safety and comfort.
