Supply Desk Ltd. is seeking a friendly Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming school in the Berkhamsted area, starting this September. The role involves supporting pupils in the classroom, both in small groups and one-to-one, under the guidance of teachers.

You will help pupils engage with learning, build confidence, and foster positive behaviour while contributing to inclusive education and ongoing professional development through safeguarding training and school-based CPD.

This full-time role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting children and helping them overcome barriers to learning. You will work closely with teachers and other members of staff to support pupils both within the classroom and, where appropriate, on a one-to-one or small-group basis.
