Nursery Learning Support Assistant

Role Overview:

Monarch Education is working alongside a Primary School in Corby that is in need of a Nursery Learning Support Assistant. This role has the potential to become temporary to permanent. The working hours are 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, during school days.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

1. Be qualified to work within a Nursery Setting (essential).
2. Have experience with children or young adults (essential).
3. Support SEND pupils as needed.
4. Maintain a professional manner.
5. Be friendly, resilient, and supportive of children.
6. Possess excellent behaviour management skills or willingness to learn.
7. Provide relevant references.
8. Support children and young adults requiring 1:1 support.
9. Build positive relationships with staff and children.
10. Work effectively on-site and off-site, managing behaviours in both environments.
11. Be flexible in the workplace.
