We are seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join Waterloo Lodge School. In this role, you will provide mentoring support tailored to the educational needs of pupils to maximize their achievement and development.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant eager to create engaging learning experiences for pupils with diverse and complex needs. We require a Learning Support Assistant capable of motivating and supporting some of our most challenged and reluctant learners. You will collaborate closely with teachers to help realize our vision of empowering vulnerable young people across the UK to be happy and successful in life.
Ideal candidates will have prior experience in SEN or mainstream education settings. They should be forward-thinking, engaging, resilient, and innovative in their mentoring approach, with a strong motivation to support families and help each child reach their potential.
