A recruitment agency is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to work in primary schools in Cambridge. This part-time to full-time role starts on February 23rd, 2026, and will continue until July. Prospero Teaching are looking for Learning Support Assistants to work in Primary Schools in and around Clacton-on-sea, starting from February 23rd 2026.

Role details

• Location - Cambridge
• Position - Learning Support Assistant
• Contract or position start date - 23rd Feb 2026
• Duration / Likely Duration - Ongoing booking until July
• Contract type - Long-Term Temporary
• Full time/part time - Part time to Full time
• Minimum rate of pay - around £90-100 per day
• Hours - 8.30 am - 3 pm

Experience, training and qualifications

• Previous LSA/TA experience
• GCSE English and Maths grade 'C'

Eligibility for this role

• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
• Provide two professional child related references
