Job summary

TeacherActive is seeking a caring Learning Support Assistant to work in a welcoming mainstream primary school in Torquay. You will support pupils on a one-to-one basis, in small groups and across the classroom, helping create an inclusive learning environment.

The role offers a daily rate of £92.63, with a dedicated consultant, access to CPD resources and flexible working opportunities through PAYE, supporting your development and career goals.

Qualifications

• Have experience supporting children or young people, although this is not essential
• Be patient, empathetic and adaptable
• Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills
• Be committed to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
