White Hall Academy in Clacton is seeking a part-time Learning Support Assistant with SEN experience to support primary pupils, including those with SEND, across SEND provisions as required, and assist in delivering tailored learning activities.
You will collaborate with teachers, parents and staff to implement individual learning plans and help create an inclusive, supportive classroom environment that promotes academic and social development.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, flexible and dedicated learning support assistant to support children within our school.
If you have previous experience supporting children with SEND, this may be for you. You may be required to work in one of the SEND provisions within White Hall Academy on occasions.
Are you able to demonstrate that you have moved a child's learning forward through your support?
We are a three-form entry primary school with happy, self-motivated children, supportive parents and a creative and dynamic staff team.
We ensure that staff and parents work together to support the development of all children both academically as well as socially and emotionally.
All appointments are subject to safer recruitment requirements to ensure the safeguarding of children and young people.
Successful applicants will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check and provide satisfactory references, including one from their most recent employer.
