Job summary

TimePlan Education is recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant in Basingstoke to support a pupil with ADHD in Key Stage 1. You will work 1:1 with the child, collaborating with the class teacher and SENCO to create a calm, structured learning environment.

The role requires patience, empathy, and clear communication. A TA qualification is desirable, and the position offers ongoing training within a welcoming school community.

Are you a patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic individual with a passion for supporting children with additional needs? A welcoming primary school on the outskirts of Basingstoke is looking for a Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a pupil with ADHD in Key Stage 1 full time, ongoing.

About the Role

You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide consistent support for the child, helping them access learning and develop key social and emotional skills. Your support will be crucial in creating a calm, structured environment that enables the child to thrive.
