Learning Support Assistant:
Looking to interview immediately, this charming SEN school want caring, patient and proactive Learning Support Assistant candidates to join their cohesive team in September, due to an ever-growing student waiting list and expansion of its grounds.
The Learning Support Assistant would see you working on a 1:1, or sometimes 2:1 basis, with students who have neurological and cognitive needs, supporting them across their school day.

Learning Support Assistant – The Role:- 1:1 support for students with an autism / PMLD diagnosis
- Ensure students are supported throughout their school day
- Working at a thriving SEN school & college
- Collaborate with experienced teachers and other LSAs
- Extensive training and development plans
Learning Support Assistant – Qualifications required:- Degree level of education or TA experience / qualifications
- Previous SEN / ASC experience is desirable
- Calm, compassionate, patient and proactive manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
