Job summary

TEC Partnership is seeking a Learning Support Advisor to help learners with additional needs thrive academically and personally. You will work closely with teaching staff to adapt resources and build confidence, independence and potential, within an inclusive educational setting.

Role involves supporting learners in and outside the classroom, removing barriers to learning and collaborating with tutors, parents, employers and external agencies to foster wellbeing and success.

Qualifications

• Support learners with additional needs and disabilities to thrive academically and personally.
• DBS Enhanced Disclosure Clearance required for all posts.

Responsibilities

• Support learners in and outside of the classroom to remove barriers to learning.
• Collaborate with tutors, parents, employers and external agencies to promote learner success.
