Job summary

NIIT is seeking a knowledgeable Training Consultant to join the Learning & Delivery team in Milton Keynes. You will identify training needs, design solutions, and deliver impactful programs across classroom, virtual, and blended formats.

The role requires strong consulting, facilitation, and stakeholder management, with experience in LMS platforms and learning operations, ensuring quality and alignment with business goals.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, learning policies, and operational guidelines.
• Utilize LMS platforms and digital learning tools for training management and reporting.
• Stay updated with industry trends, learning technologies, and modern instructional methodologies.
