Job summary

GIOS Technology in Cumbria is seeking a Training Development Specialist to analyse training needs, design and develop instructional content, and coordinate the rollout of effective learning solutions using LMS and SEMS.

This role prioritises compliance, governance and quality assurance in training delivery, with responsibility for planning pilot sessions and driving improvements in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in training analysis, instructional design, content development, and implementation of effective learning solutions.
• Proficient in the use of Learning Management Systems (LMS), SEMS, and other business-critical digital platforms and applications.
• Plan, coordinate, and conduct pilot sessions for newly developed training materials where required.
• Experience working within regulated, compliance-driven, safety-critical, quality-assured, or highly controlled operational environments.
• Understandingof the importance of procedural compliance, governance, and assurance within training and operational delivery.
