Job summary

Richmond upon Thames College is seeking a Learning Resource Centre Coordinator for our Richmond Campus. You will support students and staff, ensuring the centre remains a positive learning environment and coordinating desk-based help, online resources, databases, and print materials.

You will lead the LRC staff, develop the centre, deliver study skills and e-Resources training across the curriculum, and help foster information literacy.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
• Experience in busy, customer-focused environments.
• Ability to manage a learning resource centre and staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Learning Resource Centre staff and develop the centre.
• Coordinate delivery of study skills and e-Resources training.
• Maintain access to engaging learning resources and spaces.
• Handle enquiries at service desks and by email/phone.
