eTeach UK Limited is seeking a proactive team member to provide front-line support to learners and curriculum staff in the Learning Resource Centres at the Uxbridge and Hayes campuses. You will help students access print and electronic resources and use digital tools for independent online learning and assessment, while promoting study skills.

Do you have excellent customer service and digital skills? Would you enjoy working with young people in a learning environment? We are looking for a positive, pro-active team member to provide support to our students through the work of the College’s Learning Resource Centres at our Uxbridge and Hayes Campuses. You will provide outstanding front-line services to learners and curriculum staff within the learning spaces, supporting access to a range of print and electronic resources and student use of digital tools for independent online learning and assessment. You will also assist in the delivery of the Study Skills programme to develop, promote and support the use of resources and software. Together with excellent communication and inter-personal skills, you should have good working knowledge of IT and experience gained in a busy, customer-focused environment. You will have the confidence to address young people aged 16-18 and manage behaviour effectively to maintain a positive learning environment. Please note, we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role. Please note: for individuals who start a term time only role after 1st September, the salary will be pro-rated from the start date to the end of this academic year (31st August 2027).

Salary in the range of £30,814 - £35,511 pa
